A while back I made a post about wanting to expand this site, add some additional features and such.  I haven’t forgotten about that, I’ve actually been working behind the scenes on several different improvements that I will be making on this site in coming months.

One of the improvements I am planning to make to this site is to add some additional bloggers who will post articles here.  Right now, Feyma and I post articles, but I feel that by adding some additional bloggers it will offer more diverse subjects and also more diversity in opinions.  It is my goal to add 5 additional bloggers to this blog.  Each of these 5 people will be asked to post one article per week on the blog.  If they want to post more than one article, that is fine too, but I would like them to commit to post at least one article per week.  Currently, I try to post one or two articles per day on weekdays, and sometimes one article on the weekends.  Feyma tries to post three articles per week.  So, with the new bloggers that I am adding, you could expect to see around 3 or 4 articles per day posted to the blog.

At this time, I have two people that have already committed to joining the team, and a third person who has expressed interest, but has not made a final decision yet.  So, I am looking for either 2 or 3 more people to join the team!  If you are interested, please contact me and let me know!

What are the qualifications for the new bloggers that I am looking for?  Well, you should either live in the Philippines currently, or have spent extensive time living here.  I am not talking about coming here on vacation, I am talking about seriously living here.  There are actually no other qualifications in mind, but just the fact that you live here or have lived here before, and have information to share about life here.

What’s in it for you?  I am not offering to pay you for blogging here, but I can offer you some benefits.  It is my hope that by blogging here, you can raise your profile on the internet.  When you submit a story here, you can include a link to your business website, blog, or whatever type of site you have.  We have a fairly large audience of visitors on this site, and by writing here you can get to be known by more people, and build a level of trust with them, which will pass benefits to your own site.  So, that is what is in it for you!  Also, many people simply enjoy writing, and also enjoy helping others, which are also byproducts of your writing here.
