Forget the nipa hut.. check this
Forget about the Nipa Hut, guys. I want one of these:

A Nipa Car?
I’ve never seen one of these before, but from what I can see, it appears to be a Nipa Car! Wow, very cool, in my opinion.
Want to read about these, and see a picture of a Nipa Truck? Read here.

Hi Bob,
Cool! I had read somewhere earlier about the bamboo bicycle. We are getting in Europe many items made of bamboo as imports – cooking utensils, cutting boards, dinner trays, and even socks woven from bamboo fibre. Lot more practical material than I ever thought.
Hi Bob, That is so cool! I want one!
Hi Bob, that’s the coolest looking vehicle I’ve seen! I hope to ride one of them when I return.
Hi Bob,
Its just a guess, but i think that vehicle is electric powered.
regards Chas.
I was just imagining of customizing a tricycle and do a road trip like your guest contributor then I saw this… I think I am going for this instead.
Nice one.
Kamusta ka Bob,
Shoot, I will drive that around, no problem. Maybe a make a peso or two a long the way.
I’ll take mine in purple polka dot color, got to be different.
It almost looks like the golf cart type carrier vehicles you see in theme parks trolleying people around.
Ingats, ug salamat kaayo,
Danny
Me too, Queenie!
Hi John – Indeed, that thing is very cool. Bamboo can do many things!
Hi Henry – I love the looks of those things! I wish we had them in Davao!
Hi chasdv – Actually, they are powered with coconut based biodiesel.
Hi Obei – If you had the tricycle thing in mind, don’t miss today’s article from Christian. He is touring the Philippines on a tricycle!
Hi Danny – Ha ha… I was going to say that I’d be driving one right beside you, but now that I think… I’m not so sure that I would want to be seen with that purple polka dot one… let’s just say that I will be on the next block!
Awww your no fun Bob…lol.
INgatz!!
PS..btw…While here visiting in Washington, DC. A friend of mine that lives here in the Maryland/DC area took me to my first Filipino Restaurant yesterday, and the food was awesome….I loved it all, the Lumpia, Pancit, and Chicken Adobo….and so much more. It was like a buffet, so had the chance to eat and taste different foods, some I can’t remember what there called now…but all was great!!..
Hi Danny sorry, my friend I guess I am being a party pooper!
Glad you enjoyed the buffet!
