You grind it into flower and then use it! Strange about the plants but there was not many for sale at the time, thats why we brought them with us! Now there are lots!</description>

Thanks for the informative story. I, like you, would have assumed that hardy European plants would have boomed in the tropical heat. Strange that is. By the way, what does one do with dried corn (maize) kernals for human consumption? I know about feeding them to animals, but have never seen or heard of a recipe for dried corn, unless you make meal out of it. Just curious.</description>
