A couple of days ago the SUC President of the University of Southeastern Philippines, Dr. Perfecto A. Alibin informed the German Embassy Manila that the USEP is the only state university in Region XI (Mindanao) through its Insitute of Languages, which has been offering a special program on the propagation of the German language. So far, it is really the only university in Visayas and Mindanao next to Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City, which has taken a strong stance supporting the formal conduct of language teaching and learning from foreign languages, particularly German, in this part of the Philippines.

USEP is looking forward to a positive response and full accreditation status.

Meanwhile the German Courses, handle by myself, are still ongoing as preparation practice for those who have to be well-versed in using the German language, which is a pre-requisite to entry Germany.

A twenty-hours course is still being charged with 3,500 Pesos.
