I’m curious why you are selling your property Samal Island, considered not long ago you were convinced it was your dream place for retire…what changed your thinking?
Hi RK – It’s not wise to own a property and just sits there. Hard to decide right now for us since the kids are still young on where we want to stay for good later. We have a nice piece of properties in Sarangani Province, Bohol and Comval too left by my parents. So as you can see we have plenty to think about.
