My son is working for Teletech..Works on the HP technical
help..(till he goes too UNI in UK this year)
He was telling me this morning that they are using a new tool now that accesses
the customers desktop so that they can help the technophobic types..
All they see is their mouse cursor moving around fixing their problems!!
He says his satisfaction rating has shot up whilst using this tool.
His pay is about 18,000PHP plus benefits.
