Found another great travel Video of a trip to the Philippines.
So many daily life events are shown in this video. Even a guy getting a shave in a barber shop in the country! Lots of beautiful scenery too, and some odd things that you just don’t see every day. I loved one short clip that showed cows resting in a cemetery! But, these daily life events are common in the Philippines! I especially enjoyed seeing all of the water scenes, and the natural beauty!
How many of these kinds of things have you experienced when you visited the Philippines? What kinds of memories do you have of your trips to the Philippines? If you live in the Philippines, what are your favorite activities in your home area? What about places you like to travel in the Philippines to experience other types of activities that you don’t get at home?
Share your experiences and thoughts in the comments! I hope you had good memories as you watched the video!

Fantastic video. Makes me homesick. I can’t wait to go back.
Thanks Greg. I liked the video so much that I just watched it again.
Awesome Vid Bob Martin. Thanks.
Thanks, Juan! I agree, really great video!
WOW, of the many videos I have watched, this has to be the greatest of the Philippines,, thanks for sharing.
Great video !
You are welcome, Fred. Yeah, this is really a great video, very professional! Almost seems high budget, but done by a bunch of “regular guys” as far as I can tell!
Thanks, Craig Wellock, I appreciate it!
welcome , I think I`ll watch it again , I miss the Philippines .
Yup, I’m ready to get back to our home in the Philippines and enjoy these adventures again. Thanks for sharing Bob.
Glad you enjoyed it, Patrick… although I am sorry that it seemingly made you homesick! 🙂
Pretty cool flick thanks
Glad you liked it, Lenny!
Gergoues philippines
Indeed, Jericho, it is a wonderful and beautiful country!
Very enjoyable! Lot’s of great scenery.
For sure, PapaDuck, lots of great scenery. I enjoyed seeing the people in the video – both the Filipinos and the Foreigners. The Filipino kids in particular put a smile on my face.
Really enjoyed this video. You know a video is done really well when you want to be there! And I am so ready to be there! The next couple of months cannot pass fast enough!
And when you watch it over and over again! 😉
Great video. Those drones have really added a whole new dimension to holiday films and snaps. I wonder if they had any difficulties bringing it through customs.
Hi Malcolm – Yep, it was a fun video that I enjoyed a lot too. I doubt if there was much trouble bringing in a drone. They are readily available here. I have been thinking of buying one from Lazada, they are quite cheap!
We go to a remote island called Pangapasan. That is where my wife was born. The island doesn’t have any running water. There is electricity from 6PM until 1AM.
Obviously there aren’t any restaurants or malls, etc.
When we first went there the people would stare at us. Whether we were walking around outside or in someone’s house they stare. Seldom do foreigners visit their island.
They’ve gotten used to us now as we go there a couple times a year. Still the people are really shy when we pass a house. The people are very friendly.
In my opinion going island hopping is interesting but that is what all the tourists do, right? One just goes to the touristy islands. Actually going to an extremely remote/fishing village, where very few foreigners ever go, is eye opening.
You see how so many Filipinos live. There life is really tough.
Rusty
Hi Rusty – Good to hear from you. I have also spent time on some very remote islands and it is indeed a lot of fun. Additionally, I have been to a number of islands and areas that are no-go areas for foreigners. When I went to Tawi Tawi in 2006, Malacanang Palace would check in on my whereabouts and safety on an hourly basis. Ha ha.. I didn’t think it necessary, but they did!
Hi Bob
a superb video of professional quality. It should be used to advertise the Philippines!
Cheers
AJ UK
That is an excellent idea. It is certainly high quality!
Nice One ! I agree, drones are certainly adding a new dimension to photos and videos and with good quality result too.
Hi Bob – I totally agree!
I’ve seen this video before and I myself don’t tire watching it. Actually when I first saw it, there was a rider to the video where they apologized about getting near the whale sharks as they didn’t know any better.
Am counting four months when I finally get there for good. I miss the country so much.
Thanks Mindanao Bob for the good words about the Philippines. You & Feyma are great ambassadors and spokepersons of my country of birth just as I am grateful of the opportunities and experiences I have enjoyed in the U.S.
Hi Lou – Like you, I never tire of watching the video! It is so well done, and enjoyable to watch! Thanks for stopping by my site, and for leaving your comment! Always nice to hear from you.
